Arbitrarily | H-T-S’ general security service and “Al-Sultan Mu-rad” faction storm ten houses and arrest civilians

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that joint patrols between the general security service of HTS and Al-Sultan Murad faction stormed ten houses in Al-Ashrafiyah neighbourhood in Afrin city northern of Aleppo, where families of members of Al-Jabha Al-Shamiyah faction live, and arrested two civilians one of whom is from Marae’ city in northern Aleppo countryside due to “his son belonging to Al-Jabha Al-Shamiyah”, and demanded his family to evacuate the house.

Moreover, the general security services and “Al-Sultan Murad” faction demanded the families of Al-Jabha Al-Shamiyah members evacuated the houses, in preparation to house families of HTS and Al-Sultan Murad in these houses.

On the same context, a patrol of the Civil Police arrested 12 civilians from Rajo district in Afrin countryside north western of Aleppo during quarrels between civilians of Rajo and displaced civilians of Hayan town, where the Civil Police took advantage of the quarrels and arrested civilians from Rajo, without arresting any person from Hayan town.

According to reliable SOHR sources, a group of civilians from Hayan town put their goods in front of the store of a civilian from Rajo district, and when he tried to stop them the civilians of Hayan town brutally beat him, forcing the civilians of Rajo to help their neighbour, where huge quarrels erupted in the market and the Civil Police interfered to support civilians of Hayan town and arrested 12 civilians from Rajo district on charges of “sowing strife”, demanding ransoms for their release.

On the same context, “Al-Sutlan Sulaiman Shah” faction (Al-Amshat) arrested a civilian displaced from Aleppo city on December 8 in Ma’abatly district in Afrin countryside, brutally beat him and insulted him for being related to a member of Al-Jabha Al-Shamiyah faction.
