Violations of Turkish proxies | Liwaa Al-Mu’tasim militiamen arbitrarily arrest civilan, while others kidnap three civilians in “Euphrates Shield” area

Aleppo province: Members of Liwaa Al-Mu’tasim faction on Sunday arbitrarily arrested a man from the northern city of Marea in Aleppo countryside, accused of insulting the “Free Army” at a wedding party, without an official arrest warrant.

Nearly six days ago, unidentified gunmen kidnapped three civilians from Al-Bab city as they were travelling from Al-Bab to Idlib province. The victims’ fates remained unknown.

On January 28, SOHR activists reported that a military police patrol arbitrarily arrested a young from Maarat Masrin city in Idlib countryside without a warrant on January 14, while the victim was on his way from Idlib city to Azaz city in the northern countryside of Aleppo for unknown reasons.
