Escorted by vehicle of SDF coordination bureau | Joint patrol of Russian and regime forces distribute salaries at military posts in Al-Hasakah

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR sources have reported that Russian and regime forces ran a joint patrol, escorted by a vehicle of SDF coordination bureau in Al-Hasakah countryside.

 

According to SOHR sources, a patrol of three Russian armoured vehicles, two regime vehicles and a vehicle of SDF coordination bureau set off from Al-Qamishly and inspected regime military posts and outposts along the border strip between Syria and Turkey, precisely the area from Amuda city to Al-Assadiyyah village in Ras Al-Ain, which separates SDF-controlled areas from “Peace Spring” area which is controlled by Turkish forces and their proxy factions, running through Al-Darbasiyah. During this tour, the patrol’s members distributed monthly salaries to regime soldiers, as well as delivering diesel and logistical supplies to those posts.

 

On January 26, Russian and Turkish forces conducted a joint patrol this morning in Al-Darbasiyah countryside of the northern countryside of Al-Hasakah. The patrol of eight Turkish and Russian vehicles set off from Shirik village, west of Al-Darbasiyah, amid the flight by two Russian helicopters over the area. The joint patrol has toured the villages of Delik, Malak, Abbas, Aliyah, Dahr Al-Arab, Kisra, Korkond, Torat, Kairawan, Barakah and A’tishan.
