In armed attack | Four regime soldiers killed on Damascus-Daraa international highway

Daraa province: Today morning, four regime soldiers were killed, in an attack by unidentified gunmen on Damascus-Daraa international highway, near Um Al-Mayathen in the eastern countryside of Daraa. According to SOHR activists, the members were directly shot, before the attackers fled to an unknown destination, while their bodies were taken to the National Hospital in Daraa city, amid an alert by the members and tightened security.
Since early 2024, SOHR activists have documented 28 incidents of security disorder in Daraa province, which left 39 people dead; and they are as follows:
– Four civilians, including a child and a woman.
– 17 regime soldiers, members and collaborators with regime security services, including a woman.
– Four men accused of “involving in drug business.”
– One member of Russian-backed Eighth Brigade.
– Ten ISIS member.
– Three members of armed local factions
