War remnants | Two children killed in explosion of landmine in western countryside of Aleppo

Aleppo province: Today, two children were killed, as a result of the explosion of an old landmine, in Kafar Dael village in the western countryside of Aleppo, within regime-held areas.
Accordingly, SOHR has documented the death of 12 people, including 11 children, due to explosions of old landmines, unexploded shells and bombs across Syria since early 2023. In addition, 24 civilians, including 21 children and a woman, sustained various injuries.
The casualties are distributed regionally as follows:
Regime-controlled areas: Eight fatalities, including seven children, and 17 civilians injured, including 14 children and a woman.
SDF-held areas: Four fatalities; four children, and seven children injured
