New crime in regime areas | Person of Bedouin Tribes kil*led in Daraa countryside

Daraa province: A person of Bedouin Tribes of Al-Suwaydaa was killed at the outskirts of Al-Maliha Al-Sharqiya Town in eastern Daraa countryside, where unidentified gunmen intercepted and shot him.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the victim is accused of “committing a murder”, where he testified against people for killing a civilian of “Al-Ramthan” Family via a video tape, when he was kidnapped last year.

The Syrian Observatory has documented 60 murders in regime-controlled areas since the bingeing of 2024, where domestic violence and armed robberies were behind some of these murders, while motives behind the others remained unknown. These murder crimes left 63 fatalities, including 12 women, 48 men and three children. The fatalities are distributed regionally as follows:

Daraa: 18 murder crimes left 12 men, including six women and a child dead.

Al-Suwaidaa: Six murder crimes left four men, a woman and a child dead

Rif Dimashq: Ten murder crimes left seven men, three woman and a child dead.

Homs: Seven murder crimes left seven civilians dead.

Hama: Four rder crimes left four civilians dead.

Al-Hasakah: Two murder crimes left two civilians dead.

Deir Ezzor: six murder crimes left six men dead.

Damascus: Three murder crimes left a woman and two men dead.

Lattakia: Two murder crimes left two men and a woman dead.

Tartous: Two murder crimes left two men dead
