“Putin-Erdogan” area | Regime soldier killed and regime forces attack faction positions with drone and shells

A regime soldier was killed by snipers of “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” Operations Room on the frontline of Al-Kabinah in the northern countryside of Latakia.
While in the early morning hours, “Putin-Erdogan” area witnessed an escalation by regime forces, as a kamikaze drone bombed a position of the factions on the frontline of Sahil Al-Ghab area in the western countryside of Hama, in conjunction with an artillery shelling that targeted the vicinity of Al-Sheikh Sindyan village and the frontlines of Al-Sarmaniyah, Al-Qarqour, Dweir Al-Akrad and Al-Fatirah, Kansafrah, and Al-Barah towns in Jabal Al-Zawiyah area. No causalities were reported.
Since early 2024, SOHR has documented 160 operations in the “de-escalation zone,” including attacks, gunfire by snipers and bombardment, which left 188 combatants and civilians dead. In addition, these operations left over 67 combatants and 78 civilians, including ten children, injured.
The fatalities can be distributed as follows:
* 18 civilians, including seven children and two women.
* 115 members of regime forces, including eight officers.
* 47 members of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham.
* Five members of “Ansar Al-Islam” faction.
* One member of “Jaysh Al-Nasr.”
* One member of Jaish Al-Ahrar.
* One non-Syrian jihadist.
