IS crucifies 3 men and stones to death a woman in Der-Ezzor

Der-Ezzor province: SOHR was informed that the IS stoned a woman to death in al-Bokamal city in the charge of “Adultery”. Shells fired by IS targeted al-Jora and al-Qosrour neighborhoods, no reports of losses. SOHR was informed that the IS crucified 3 civilians on the old wall of al-Hesba for breaking the fast in Ramadan and applied 70 lashes on each.
