After fierce battles, the two towns of al- Fu’ah and Kefrayya witness ease-fire

Idlib Province:

The violent clashes between Jabhat al- Nusra, Jund al- Aqsa, Turkestan Islamic Party, fighters from Chechen and Uzbekistan and other Islamist factions against NDF and the people’s committees trained by Hezbollah leaders are still taking in the area between Tal al- Kherbah and al- Swaghiyyah around the town of al- Fu’ah. The clashes, which have taken place since yesterday afternoon, resulted in the death of 36 Syrian commanders and fighters from Jabhat al- Nusra, Jund al- Aqsa and other Islamist factions as well as the death of 30 non-Syrian fighters from Gulf countries, Uzbekistan, Chechen, Turkestan, north African countries, Lebanon and other foreign nationalities as well as at least 8 fighters blew themselves up using booby-trapped vehicles . The clashes also left 40 deaths from the NDF and the popular committees. Meanwhile, the calm has prevailed in the two towns of al- Fu’ah and Kefrayya, where ease-fire will start this noon in the two towns, the city of al- Zabadani and town of Madaya in Rif Dimashq.
