Security vacuum | Uncertainty surrounds killing of displaced person from Al-Qalamoun on Harem-Salqin road

Idlib Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: A young man was found dead on the road between Harem and Salqin near Syria border with Iskenderun region in north-west of Idlib province.

According to SOHR sources, the young man was from Bakh’aa town in the mountains of Qalamoun region in Rif Dmiashq, and lived in Jubar neighbourhood. It is worth noting that the identities of the perpetrators and motives remained unknown.
