Renewed bombardment | Turkish forces shell vicinity of Ain Issa district, north Al-Raqqah countryside

SOHR activists have reported intensive rocket fire by Turkish forces, targeting the northern outskirts of Ain Issa district, north of Al-Raqqah

This offensive comes as part of the escalation of bombardment in the region that sees almost daily shelling.

On May 15, SOHR sources documented the death of two militiamen of the Turkish-backed “National Army:” a man and his son succumbed to the wounds they sustained in an attack with a heat-seeker missile fired by SDF on their vehicle in northern Al-Hasakah.
