Spread of weapons among civilians | Girl dies while playing with a hunting rifle in Al-Hasakah

Al-Hasakah province: Residents found the body of a 17 years-old girl in her blood, shot with a hunting rifle.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the girl died while playing with a weapon, while local sources pointed out to a murder that was not yet revealed in Al-Dawera Village in Ras Al-Ain countryside northern of Al-Hasakah.

On May 10, a girl died after a bullet was fired on her body, where her father shot her by mistake.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the father of the girl belongs to the 20th Division of Ahrar Al-Sharqiya faction, where a bullet was fired from his gun while cleaning it inside his house in Tel Arqam village western of Ras Al-Ain city within “Peace Spring” area north western of Al-Hasakah.
