Ongoing violations | Turkish intelligence and military police arrest two civilians in Aleppo countryside

Aleppo province: Members of a joint patrol of Turkish intelligence and military police arrested yesterday a civilian in Al-Ashrafeiyah neighbourhood in Afrin city in northwestern Aleppo countryside for “dealing the former Autonomous Administration.”
The arrested civilian hails from Kakhrah in Ma’abtaly district in Afrin countryside.
Similarly, members of a patrol of military police arrested a civilian and his son in Al-Bab city in eastern Aleppo countryside within “Euphrates Shield” area for unknown reasons, where the members seized their mobile phones. It is worth noting that the civilian is the Director of “Bara’em Al-Eman” school.
Meanwhile, “Al-Jabha Al-Shamiyyah” faction released two civilians from Al-Safeirah city in eastern Aleppo countryside after paying 2000 USD. The two civilians were arrested after being deported by the Turkish authorities through Bab Al-Salamah crossing.
On March 21, SOHR sources reported that members of a patrol of military police arrested during the past few hours, a civilian from Afrin for “dealing with the former Autonomous Administration” in order to collect ransoms.
Meanwhile, members of a patrol of military police arrested a civilian near Deirsem hospital in Afrin city for unknown reasons.
