Despite sending groups to search for them | Unknown fate pursues eight regime soldiers after losing contact with them in areas of ISIS activity in desert about 36 hours ago

The fate of a military group consisting of a captain and seven members of the 11th Division of the regime forces is still unknown, after losing contact with them since dawn yesterday, while they were heading from Al-Sukhnah to Deir Ezzor on the desert road, where contact with them was lost in Kabajib area, as a result of dusty winds and bad weather conditions. Although other groups went looking for them, they have not been able to find them until this moment, which increases the possibility of being ambushed by “ISIS”, and they may have been captured or field eliminated.
It is noted that the region is witnessing a remarkable activity by “ISIS”, through surprise operations targeting civilians and combatants.
Om March 25, SOHR reported that two Syrian members of a local militia of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards were killed and others were injured in an ambush by ISIS cells, while searching for a group of members who were reported missing in the area between Kabajib and Al-Sukhna on the highway of Deir Ezzor.
Vehicles set off from Al-Salihiya Town in Al-Bokamal countryside in Deir Ezzor, carrying members of Iranian militias and military reinforcements, and headed towards Arak Gas Field in the desert in eastern Homs countryside.
