Aleppo | Turkish forces renew rocket attacks on Kurdish positions

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR activists have reported that Turkish forces renewed their rocket fire on Kurdish positions in the northern countryside of Aleppo today, targeting the perimeter of Menagh military airbase, the surrounding areas of Tal Rifat and other positions. No casualties have been reported.

 

Last week, SOHR sources said that Turkish forces and proxy factions shelled the villages of Aqlamiya, Al-Malikiya and Maranaz in Sharan area in Kurdish-controlled areas, north of Aleppo, along with sporadic clashes between Kurdish forces and Turkish-backed factions on these frontlines. No casualties were reported.

 

It is worth nothing that the frontlines in the northern countryside of Aleppo witnessed clashes and exchange of fire between Kurdish forces and Turkish-backed factions for the third day in a row.
