More human losses raise the number of people who were killed today within the “de-escalation” zone to 23, after more than 300 air and ground strikes carried out by the regime and the Russian guarantor on the area

It rose to 23, the number of people who were killed today, Thursday, as a result of airstrikes by warplanes of the regime and its ally, Russia, on the countryside of in Aleppo, Hama and Idlib, they are: 8 fighters of Jaysh Al-Ahrar and a citizen were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on Tahtaya village south of Idlib, 3 including a woman and her child were killed in bombing by Russian warplanes on Kafruma town in Maarrat al-Nu’man countryside in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, 3 including 2 children were killed by the regime’s warplanes on Al-Bawabiyeh village in the southern countryside of Aleppo, 2 were killed in airstrikes by the Russian warplanes on Maarrat al-Nu’man city south of Idlib, 2 men were killed in Russian bombardment on the outskirts of Khan Shaykhun city and Al-Lataminah town north of Hama, a man and woman were killed in airstrikes by regime’s warplanes on al-Atareb town in the western countryside of Aleppo, a child girl who died affefcted by the injury she had yesterday as a result of bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Ariha city in Idlib countryside, and a fighter of Jaysh Al-Izza was killed as a result of bombardment by Russian warplanes on Al-Lataminah, and the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of more than 35 injuries, including children, and some of them have seriously wounded, in addition to the presence of information about other casualties.

In the same context, it rose to 49, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on Tal Melh, Al-Jabin, Latmin, Kafr Zita, al-Lataminah and its surroundings in the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, the western outskirts of Idlib, the vicinity of Al-Tah, Maarrat al-Nu’man and its outskirts, Kafruma, Khan Shaykhun and its outskirts and Tahtaya in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad, while it rose to 40, the number of raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes since this morning targeting areas in al-Atareb, Urem, the Regiment 46 and Al-Mohandessin countryside in the western countryside of Aleppo, ICARDA, Bawabiyyahthe vicinity of AlBarqum, Al-Kamary and Al-Nakhil farms in the southern countryside of Aleppo, Morek town and Latmin north of Hama, in addition to the outskirts of Idlib city and the vicinity of Batinta and Kafrjales west of Idlib, while it rose to 30, the number of barrel bombs thrown by helicopters on Morek, al-Lataminah and Lahaya in the northern countryside of Hama, al-Sermaniyyeh in Sahl al-Ghab, and Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad, in addition to Kafruma south of Idlib, also it rose to about 220, the number of rocket shells launched by the regime forces on areas within the southern countryside of Idlib, the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, the southern countryside of Aleppo, and the clash areas in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2720, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 25th of July 2019, and they are: 808 civilians including 204 children and 151 citizen women, and they are 138 including 31 children and 29 women, and 5 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 61 including 15 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 439 including 123 children, 76 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 100 people including 19 women and 17 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 70 citizens including 23 children and 12 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 986 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 614 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 926 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 25th of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3249 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1094 civilians including 286 children under the age of eighteen and 215 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 96 people including 28 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1072 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 659 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1083 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3479 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1177 civilians including 314 children and 229 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 96 people including 28 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1139 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 673 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1163 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
