Anti-smuggling campaign | Two Hajin Military Council members killed in clashes with smugglers east of Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have documented the death of two members of Hajin Military Council operating under the banner of SDF of the injuries he sustained yesterday in an exchange of gunfire with smugglers at crossings used for smuggling in Dhiban town, east of Deir Ezzor.

Yesterday, SOHR activists documented the injury of two SDF members in exchange of fire during a raid by an SDF patrol on smuggling crossings.

SDF members clashed with smugglers of fuels on the banks of Euphrates River in Zaiban town, where a civilian from the town was injured by stray bullets during the clashes.

On July 7, SOHR activists documented the injury of two people during an armed fight near crossings used for smuggling goods in Al-Busayrah city in east Deir Ezzor countryside. The two men were taken to the hospital.
